partner in dissolved Law Firm of Lava, Levine and Lava. Graduated college 1972
Syracuse University earned B.A., received miscellaneous credits towards a
Masters degree at the New School for Social Research 1972-3 and graduated
from New England School of Law 1977 with J.D. degree. Attorney in General
Counsels Office, New York State Workers Compensation Board
1978-1980 Manhattan office. Opened private practice under the name of Eliot S.
Levine Esq. P.C. on Long Island 1980. Founder of new law firm Lava and Levine
1984 with Marvin Lava.
Litigation attorney
handling New York State Workers’ Compensation and Federal Social Security
Disability cases since 1978. Primarily represents individual claimants
before these Administrative Boards. Has represented many companies and
individuals against insurance companies on issues relating to coverage and
personal injury.
Married since 1974 to Lois Levine, two daughters, Jennifer and Alexis.
Founder of the Huntington Foundation for Excellence in Education, Past
Commodore of the Masthead Cove Yacht Club and Past Commodore of the Huntington
Yacht Club.
